Complaints about product defects can be submitted within two years from the date of purchase.

Please send an email with several photos showing the defect and a description of the problem to hello@pepperbrandstudio.com or bring the item to a physical store. We will respond to your request within 7 days.

We inform you that if you are not satisfied with the decision, according to Article 6.2287 of the Civil Code, point 16, you have the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (VVTAT), address: Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, tel. 8 5 262 67 51, website www.vvtat.lt (also for territorial divisions of the State Consumer Rights Protection Service in counties) - or fill out the application form on the ODR platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr/ or in the Consumer Rights Information System (VTIS).
